Essential Oils for Apathy
A number of aromatherapy essential oils can be used to treat feelings of anxiety, apathy, and depression. When you use aromatherapy for emotional, and physical, conditions it is important to use them properly. Essential oils should never be placed directly on the skin without being diluted first. Adding a few drops of essential oils to a base oil such as olive, or coconut, oil will safely dilute the essential oils for massage treatments. Rosemary and ginger aromatherapy oils have a warming effect on the body; these oils improve circulation, stimulate your body and mind, and can give you that extra something you need to get up and go.
