| A number of aromatherapy essential oils can be used to treat feelings of anxiety, apathy, and depression. When you use aromatherapy for emotional, and physical, conditions it is important to use them properly. Essential oils should never be placed directly on the skin without being diluted first. Adding a few drops of essential oils to a base oil such as olive, or coconut, oil will safely dilute the essential oils for massage treatments. An aromatherapy bath can be created by adding a few drops of essential oil to your bathwater. Always test a diluted form of the essential oil on a small area of your skin first. |
